Gravity No. 1

Open instrumentation. This composition was the subject of a presentation at the 2nd Annual Conference of the International Society for Improvised Music at Northwestern University in December, 2007. It was recorded by the Empty Cage Quartet in September, 2008 and will be featured on an upcoming CD on Clean Feed Records.


Recourse to Unison

An extended composition utilizing symbolic notated material for unspecified melodic + chordal instruments. Recorded by the TIN/BAG Quartet on the CD And Begin Again. Notes and performance instructions are included.


Don't Hesitate to Change Your Mind

For Bb and Eb winds, contrabass, percussion, and electronics, recorded by the Empty Cage Quartet on the CD Stratostrophic. Notes and performance instructions are included.


Quadrants (For Ken Wilber)

A four-part composition for trumpet and prepared acoustic guitar, recorded by Kris Tiner and Mike Baggetta on the CD There, Just As You Look For It.
